Rescue Video off SC

I heard about this story and after watching the video, it seems as though these guys did everything right. After their 27' boat capsized, they stayed with the boat, had their life jackets on and even had an EPIRB which sent their location to the CG. They recorded their plight and joked around a bit while waiting for help. They remained calm! Hats off to them and to the CG.

Don't know for sure but a poster on a fishing forum reported it as the hull opened up...for what reason, if so, I have no idea. The kids also mention and point out to the diver, a hole in the hull.

Around 3:37 in you can see the hull is split from bow to stern

Everything right except for the guy waving the PFD instead of wearing it. Did you hear the rescue swimmer say a shark was following him in?
