Resetting the Circuit Breaker

On my 1990 Carver Montego 3257, I think that I had a power spike by plugging the shore power cable in at the shore side before plugging the cable in to the boat. My circuit breaker is not registering any power and nothing electrical works but the battery. If that's the case, how do I reset the circuit breaker.

there may be two sets of breakers one near the power cord input the other on your power panel. Have you found them?

There's nothing near the power cord input at the stern and nothing but on/off switches on the power panel over the dinette.

Is the power on at the pedestal?

That was it Dave. Inside was so dirty I never saw that there was a switch. Thanks.
