Gossip heard at the Super Bowl Party:

Sugar Barge has signed a five year lease with some folks with $$$$ from Brentwood to operate the resturaunt.

Rusty Porthole/Boyd's Marina is for sale @ $4M.

Nothing seems to be happening with the Nantucket II in downtown BI.
