What's the best way to shine up a boat? This one's gotta go and I want it to look good for the sale.
It's a 1997 19', ivory colored/red gelcoat. The top surface is chalky where the cover didn't shield it from the TN sun but overall not too bad
I've got access to a buffer.
I was looking at this Iosso's Fiberglass Reconditioner and the instructions at

What should I do? I have elbow grease.
