I am considering the purchase of a Sea Ray 360 Express T-Top, early '80 vintage. Anyone with experience with this model?

There are a number on the market and the one in Long Island is one of them. Any information on that particular one would be of interest, but my question was of the model in general. Pros and Cons. Issues.

My wife and I previously owned and lived on a 1965 39' Pacemaker Motoryacht in Baltimore. This is a far cry from the Pacemaker, but we are looking for a different experience. One of the main changes we are making in this search is for an aft cockpit and more speed.

They are built like tanks but grossly underpowered by today's standards. They were built when 17-18 knots was considered fast in a boat that size. IIRC, the 36 is the same hull as the later 39. A former boss had one. I have seen a number refurbed and updated and considered one myself if it weren't for the speed issue.

My 2 cents.

Good luck.
