I have an old 1978 21' sea ray. the hull is perfect but it needs new floors, cabnets, motor, and out drive. my question is this boat going to be worth fixing or just a money pit?
You're going to hate the answer, but the cost to restore it will probably be more than the boat is worth after it is restored. Unless this boat has significant emotional attachment, I'd junk it or sell it to someone who likes working on boats.
