Shower Strap

We have a clear plastic strap that snaps to hold the shower door in place on our '99 350 Mariner. The plastic has torn around the snap and we need to replace it. Any ideas where we can find this part?

I would take it to a canvas shop. They may have heavy duty plastic that they use window panels, or at least have strap material to replace the plastic.

I'll bet Tap Plastics would have that material. We have the same type of strap in both our showers. Good luck neighbor.

it can be anything. I used some 1" webbing and a few snaps to do it myself.

Too bad the Island Canvas guy closed up shop. John was good at doing little things like that for next to nothing! You might see if an RV supply store carries them. Trailers and motorhomes often use shower curtains too.

Walmart has a snap installation tool and 10 snaps for $2.97. Like Bruce says-make your own.
