Trying to remove the wood in the standup shower on a 2022 42 xo regal any suggestions

??? Seems like a kinda young boat to need wood replacement - were there issues?

Shower drain hole I can’t get too due to the wood on the floor of the shower seems to be jammed can it be lifted up????

I'm not familiar with your specific boat but the few I've been around the floor was removable. You might try contacting Regal support to confirm.
