Sliding door problem

The teflon blocks came out from under the top portion of my sliding door and due to idiot design, there is no way to screw them back in, now I can't open or close the door. Also, a scew has come out of the bottom end, so the blocks, if I could open and close the door would soon come out there as well. I can see no way to get this door out to repair it other than taking down the entire console, I must avoid that if I can. Please, any suggestions!
 
You didn't say which model and year Sundancer you own, but on most Sundancers you have no choice but to remove the entire helm. Folks who have done this say it isn't as bad as it sounds but it does require a couple of long screw drivers to reach a few of the screws holding the helm in place.
 
Yea, thats what I gleened from looking at it. Its a 2000 24ft Weekender, then you have all the caulking to deal with also..Winter project maybe..
