Having problem with door wall dragging and won't close flush at the top unless I lift up and shift to the right. Have tried to adjust rollers but no luck. Believe rollers might be broken? Will a standard repair kit work from hardware store work? Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks,

Before you try to replace the rollers I would make sure that the rollers are on the track. If it a damaged roller, I would try a Carver dealer first and if not go to Home Depot or Lowes to match it up.

Are there any fractures showing on the deck at any point to starboard of the door frame? I've seen quite a few 3227's that have this issue, it could be more than just the door rollers.

No fractures that I recall. This all started last year when I removed the screen for repair. When I got the door wall back together, that is when the sliding door started dragging. Tried to fix all season long, no luck!

the rollers on my 3227 were dragging and giving me fits. I took them out and went to lowes. they had the replacement for a reasonable price. the door that I thought I would have to replace was fixed for 20.00 dollars

Cool. I plan on going to the boat next week and bringing the door home.

Thanks

Door repaired. Found a pair of rollers at a local hardware for $12.00. Big box stores didn't have the right size.
