I just bought a 2001 Bayliner Capri with a 5.0 Mercruiser. Took it out weekend before last and it fired up just fine. Took it out this past weekend and had thought turnkey was the operative word. It wasn't. Had to throw the advanced throttle into it, is this normal? If so I am okay with that, but if not...any suggestions. The engine only has 70 hours on it and it did come from a lower elevation (sacramento to Tahoe) when I bought it.....thoughts, suggestions, Thanks
