Does anyone have experience with these?

Can the existing wiring that's used for the factory FIREBOY-XINTEX gauges be spliced to the SNG sensor and SNG display panel? I've had my sensor out several times for cleaning but never noticed how many wires are in the cable that runs to the panel area.

I'm looking for replacement of the factory sensor in my 1997 Commodore 292.

Thanks,

Bob

If you find something that works let me know I've given up on mine 10 yrs ago.

I use the Snake River gauges which I bought when they were available from Boatfix. Love em, work well. I reused the existing wiring by splicing in.

IIRC, Snake River recently went thru some sort of financial issue and I think the remaining product is being sold off. Not sure if parts will be available in the future but since nothing moves, nothing wears out.

I installed one over a year ago and have had no issues whatsoever. The install was very easy and it is amazingly accurate! I basically ran all the wires to a terminal block and then direct to one of my batteries.
