Where to start!

First is converting the overhead lifejacket storage area to hold my cleaning supplies.

Adding an access door to utilize the empty space under the bridge stairs.

Removed the old 9" CRT w/VHS in wall unit. Added a door and LCD flat panel and recovered the interior space as a storage locker.

Hey Rommer,

Nice pictures.. you also had a design on the gennerator exhaust.. seems a lot of folks liked that custom option.

Regards,

Thanks Joe. I forgot about that one. (It's so quiet you know :)

I'll look for the pictures.

That's a sweet set up with the bar behind the tv. Keeps the good stuff saf and secure.Plus hidden from any little ones that might be around..

that's my favorite one as well! Can't have enough storage for the beverages!

Not very big transformations, but quite usefull. Next step will be a fuel flow meter for my Lowrance GPS and an "anti- burbs" in the fuel vent line.

my projects so far and completed.

Installed Bennett auto tab system.
Installed Air conditioning
Installed a 1750 inverter and third battery
Installed 12 X 18 Trim tabs.

The one that made the biggest difference is the trim tabs.
Before I needed a mile of open water to get on plane.
Now I can even come up to 3000RPM and tab the nose over and start planing at 20mph.

I really thought I needed a bigger engine.

Next project is to redisgn the canvas and get rid of the cursed aluminum 1/4inch poles.Put zippers in and extend the bimini.

By then I hear a 3360 calling.

I made an anti-burp device for mine with a rubber stopper that fit perfectly in the gas fill. I drilled a .875" hole in the center of it that a gas pump nozzle fits in nicely. It forces all the "air" out of the vent rather than allowing most to come back up by the nozzle. (The following is speculation) This allows pressure to build in the gas fill when the vent hole is closed by fuel and this pressure seems to trigger the gas nozzle stop mechanism before any gas comes burping out.

Regardless of the way it works, it operates perfectly and it cost me $1.85 plus 5 minutes to set up my drill press and drill the hole.
