Someone Forgot the Plug!

Pretty sad. Especially in light of recent accidents with other yachts. Nobody seems to be learning.
 
Something big left out or open, once the stern port gunnel went under that was it!
 
Looked top heavy. Forgot the balast?
 
Not too much urgency on shore either
like it happens all the time?!
 
I had already posted this under the yachts name. But the headline on that article is over the top. Terrified passengers? There were 3 people on the boat: Owner, Captian and 1 crew. I think the owner was the last one to jump and he did not look terrified to me
 
I think this is the same yacht. Maybe too shallow a draft
