South Jersey Marinas / Slips

Looking for a new place to dock this upcoming season. I have been rb2@gr5t All Seasons Marina the past 2yrs. prior to that rb2@gr5t Waterfront in Somers Point. Its a little pricey $100-$125. per foot. Anyone know of any marinas in Ocean City or around there that are less expensive ? Anyone know anyone renting a slip this season ? Due to the economy I was hoping there rates would go down this summer but doesn't look like that will be happening .

If you don't mind paying check out Seaview Harbor Marina in Longport. You get a private beach actual ocean view, pool, hot tub, restaraunt and you are a 5 minute run out the inlet.
