Hello again.
Took the boat out this weekend, Trip out perfect, started right up and ran nice. Sat for lunch, and fishing. Headed back and putting into gear noticed a "noise" and a little shake. Put back into neutral and noise and shake went away (shake is similar to a mis in a cylinder). Powered in back to the dock. Under some speed noise and shake went away. In neutral at the dock I noticed a Squeak, Sounded like a belt squeak, opened the hood and everything was very quite. Stuck my head out over the swim platform and noticed the squeak. Powered off, and sat for 5 minutes. Powered back up and everything seemed good, no squeak, no "noise", no vibration. Powered to the dock and pulled the boat.
Lower unit was cold to the touch, everything spins smooth, at home no water in Lower unit fluid. Water pump impeller is in good shape.

What can squeak in the Lower unit???? Dry bearing? dry seal? Why would it be "Dry"

Differences this year. New Prop Shaft sells, Changed Lower Unit fluid, switched from OMC fluid to Pennzoil 75W-90.
Any connection?

Any help appreciated.
