stainless steel tubing cracked

I just noticed that have a longitonduel crack in the rail thay leads up to the bridge on my 3067 santigo. It appears water got in there and froze. Any ideas how to repair. thanks

Probably along a seam. Either replace or get it 'heli-arced'. If indeed it was from water, make sure there is a drain.
