Subscription error msg.

When I try to enter a subscription to BoaterEd.com I keep getting this error message:
Cart 32 v6.2 error
Error No. 3709

Is this being looked into?

Yes, our old hosting company strikes again - they did a half butted job of installing an upgrade. I'm finding a new cart as we speak. I'll let you know when it is operational. Sorry for the problem.
