It has been several years for me since I have been in the bay. My in-laws kept a small bow rider there. The sand bars were always moving there was not a lot of room for a 34 footer. I towed my old 18 foot Cobia down there for a one week stay and had a great time I forget the name of the marina but it was the first one I had ever seen with concrete docks It was very nice and the first one in the Bay which made it easy to get out to the ocean. They were the only marina with enough water at that time for a boat your size but this may have changed. If I recall they had a nice restaurant as well. I once rented a row boat with a 15Hp motor from a dock a little further in the bay I went out at a mid tide when I came back it wasn't quit low tide but it was getting there I couldn't get anywhere near the dock. This killed there business, and they claimed it had only happened that season the year before they had plenty of water, the sandbars shift like crazy in there. Nice area My in-laws had a place in 9600 Atlantic for many years they recently moved inland to Little Egg Harbor. My Father in-law still goes to the fishing club in Margate every day they are down there he loves it.
