I recently ordered a radio, mounting bracket and 8' antenna from BoatFix....5-31-06 I received the order and the antenna was damaged in shipment. On 6-1-06, I went to the help desk, sent them a note explaining the situation, this is was placed from work where I didn't have the order number, Just the model number of the antenna and my name. On 6-2-06 I come home to find a new antenna. Talk about great service, Thanks to Tony and everyone else at BoatFix
