TaylorMade ball fender failure

After only about 2 months of use, two TaylorMade balls popped a leak within a couple of week of each other. these are the big ones, 30” or so.

both have a pin hole near the loop, at the very same spot. Can’t figure how it happened as that part of the fender didn’t run gainer anything.

they have a warranty that excludes puncture... and this looks like a puncture even though it wasn’t

anyone seen this before ?

I’ve burst them, especially in cold weather, but never had a pinhole in one.

I would still try to return them. They have always been more than fair with me.

Yes we had the issue as well. We had orange ones purchase at worst marine. The leaks were in the seam between the two halves. Worst marine exchanged them free of charge. But that was quite a while ago.

I have seen them crack when they get old, but haven't seen any pop a hole...

Well it was real cold lately for a couple of days, about 55 in the morning .
West said to contact TaylorMade. In all fairness I bought them 4 years ago, but only used them a total of 4 days until 2 months ago where I set them up permanently
