Does anyone, in the Toms River area, know or has dealt with someone who sells and has experience installing carpet in a boat interior?

Thanks!

Lady C

I am also looking for someone to install new carpet in my Mainship 40 Sedan Bridge. The boat is located in Tuckerton/Little Egg. Let me know as well if you find anyone?

Billy,

I used Captain Carpets right in town about 5 years ago.
Installers were very good, and they have "boat experience".

Lady C, I had my Silverton 37C done by a friend who is in the business. He has the boat next to me at Long Key Marina in Waretown, NJ. He said he would be interested in doing your job. You're more than welcome to see the job he did on mine. Like I said he is in the business. If interested; send me an email at bob888(at)optonline.net. I'll put you two in touch with each other.
The hardest part of the job on my boat was removing all the old staples. Had to be over 1,000. Took me three days to get them all out.

I'm curious what was the cost?

About $950 for my 34C (salon, companion-way, sides of the dinette area and very small area in stateroom)
No padding.
I removed the old caret, they installed the new - so far so good. Installation workmanship was great.

I still see the Post here and on craigslist.....

It's an add for carpet installation:

YACHT CARPET (NJ)

Custom carpet replacement.25 yrs. experience. specializing in vessels over 35'.

I sent you an email and interested in seeing your installation and also tgalking to your installer.
I have 34c silverton and want to see if it is worth me doing or having an installer do it.
My email is valentajayrb2@gr5taol.com
Thanks
Jay
