Has anyone used Toon-Brite for Fiberglass? I need to get the calcium build up off one of my boats that sat in the lake too long.

The Sea Ray dealer suggested it.

Thank you.

i've not but, FSR will work great. its basically a mild phosphoric acid and most stain removers use this as the active ingredient. it does take the wax off in the process but it will get all the mineral deposits off straight away.

Not sure but I think Toon-Brite might have some muriatic acid in it. I tried it tonight. It worked a lot better than FSR on the built up hard water calcium and other lake scum.

CLR to remove the calcium / lime. Zing to remove the crud from the lake.
