Torque specs needed for Volvo Penta manifold

Does anyone have the torque specs for the bolts on a manifold for a 2004 Volvo Penta 3.0 liter? I was not able to obtain a repair manual before starting the job.

Any other suggestions for changing the manifold-this is my first time.
