Anyone know what the new tower being built at Venetian Shores is? Cell Tower?
 
Im not sure where venetian shores is but there building a cell tower over in the park adj to anchorage.

Just was wondering... Hopefully it will improve our Cell coverage on the Water, Fire Island etc. I wonder if it is Verizon or Shared.

Rich, it was not meant to be a dig of any kind. I was trying to figure out if it was over by Bergen Point and then what it was going to be.

I often get too wordy in my posts, when I abbreviate it gets taken out of context. Anytime I speak of Begin Point to the locals I always call it the point.

We got approached over at my marina by a cell tower builder to convert our flag pole to a cell tower and it would generate revenue for the club. Besides the fact that the village of Babylon would most likely reject it, the idea when presented to the members went over like a lead balloon.
