Trailer parking at Medford Wellington Public ramp

Does anyone know if they are still going to have parking reserved for "Vehicles with boat trailers" at the Public boat ramp down at Wellington circle in Medford Mass. I noticed that construction workers have been using the parking lot that is usually reserved for Boat trailers only. I want to use that ramp this year and in the past the free parking for truck and boat trailers around the corner was very convienent
