Trouble with Icom

I have a Icom VHF radio that was working fine last year. I just put the boat in the water and went to reinstall the vhf and all it does is blink and get static in the audio. I tried a new antenna and that doesn't help. Does anyone know the website address for Icom so I can E-Mail them for any help.
