If you look at the other years right around it they reference almost 15K. I am close to buying a house that has a brand new 13K boat lift and am trying to figure out if it will work or it is useless.
Dry weight does list as 11,200 - I have the '97. By the time you add fuel, water, added equipment and any people, you'll be over 13,000 pretty quickly.
My '83 Trojan was advertisedat 12,500 dry.
Actual weight nearly 18,000
THe dry weight didn't include the genset, microwave, wetbar, 2 fridges, etc all the options.
some travelifts have the ability to provide a fairly accurate measure of weight.
I wouldn't put a 330 on anything less than a 18K lift. By the time you add the generator, gas, water, misc. gear and personal possessions you are going to be a lot closer to 20K than you are to 13K. Add to that windage and the boat swaying and you can get some pretty stress on that lift.
If you do go with the existing lift, make sure you have a lift company take a look at your wires and grease everything for you.
Good luck and pay your insurance premiums on time !!!
