Just read in the current Notice to Mariners for our sector that they're bringing out the USS Constellation to Ft. McHenry to turn her around.
This is scheduled to run from 2pm to 7pm on Friday, Sept. 8.
We were tied up in at the seawall in front of Phillips when they took her out for her trip to the US Naval Academy. Great views from up close.
