When you sell a boat,in your opinion, what responsibility do you retain or warrenty do you give once the boat changes hands.Boat has been surveyed and service records provided.Crosscountry transaction, buyer not comming to seatrial boat.Thanks

You need to include the statement that the boat is sold as is, where is, in the P&S agreement. However, you do have a duty to disclose any known defects.
