In the instructions it said to connect the grounding terminal to earth ground or chassis ground. For boat installations connect to the boat's grounding system. Is that the grounding system which connects all the underwater items together or the ground in the existing AC wiring ground? I never have metered and I guess it could or should be at the same electrical potential.
