I recently removed the Decals on the sides of my boat with a Decal Eraser
Then I buffed the boat
After that I waxed it
I went to put the new decal on and relized should I have put them on before I waxed?
Does anybody know if it relly maters. would ok or should I take the wax off?

If the decals aren't on now, I'd rub the area down with acetone or alcohol to remove the wax so the decals will adhere well. If you've already applied the decals, wait and see as time will tell if you have a problem.

I have not put them on yet. I was wondering if its ok to put them on over wax. Also the pin stips are 1/2", 2" and 1/4" should I use the wet method (windex) or with pin strips do you put them on dry?

No, take the wax off. I put pinstripes on dry but that's just me. For larger graphics, I do use soapy water to be able to move them a bit. I don't think you want to be moving 1/4" and 1/2" stripes.

I've never had much luck putting stipes on dry. Windex gives you some flexibility.
