Last weekend 8-23 I was in Cuttyhunk, then Mackerel Cove and the condition of the water was the same. Talking with my dock neighbor who was at Block it appears the poor water condition was all over the place
There were small jelly fish-like creatures in the water, 1000's of them but I've never seen them before. They were generally 1-2 inches long with little black dots through the middle of them....looked more like an inch worm than a jelly fish.
I looked online but can't find any information about them. I'd identify them if I saw a picture but have no way of knowing what to look for. I don't think they're in the normal jellyfish family.
Anyone know what they are? I want to anchored in the water where they are NOT!
