Hello, I have a 2004 SeaRay Sundeck equipped with the electric vacuflush system installed by the factory. It has worked great with no issues. Than the vacuum system stopped working. Key switch in head indicates power, but the vacuum pump will not run. Taking a quick look in the forward ski locker where the unit is located. I found a blue electrical wire hanging free near the motor. It looks like it was attached to something, the insulation is neatly trimmed back about 1/4 inch, indicating to me it became dislodged from where it is suppose to be. The wiring diagram I have does not indicate a blue wire in the harness. Appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.

Typical wiring on VF has the power coming in from the breaker or switch, black goes to the motor itself and positive (whatever color) goes to the vacuum switch. From the vac switch there should be a red going to motor. Likely the builder used a blue wire to power the unit. The vac switch is on the tank with a spring and rod on a black plastic bracket

Thank you for the quick reply. After all the cold weather and rain nearly everyday here on the Chesapeake,we are anxious to get out on the water. Will look as soon as I get home and use your info. I greatly appreciate it.
