Did not want to high jack.

I have an interest in replacing my window slider felts. So do these thinks just slide out from under the window ?

I've always wondered how to get them out myself. On my older boat, I think they have to come out (and be reinstalled) in pieces...

I poked around on them and I sure cant figure out how to get them out or the windows for that matter. They are in there tight and its a heavy duty frame.

They are probably screwed in somewhere, and then have to be pried out. My boat has somewhat different window construction from yours, so I am not sure the same things apply to me and you. Next time I'm up there I'll take a better look at them and see if I can report anything useful...
