I was going to winterize my o/b myself this year. Local mechanic says you can't really fog this engine, but just drain the Vapor Separator (VST) on the engine, new fuel filter and fuel/water separator, and run stabilized fuel through the engine for 5 minutes or so (all of this in addition to changing gear oil). I always have seen heavy smoke at first start in the spring, which lead me to believe there was some sort of oil mixture in the cylinders. I then changed plugs. Does the way he described it sound right? If you really can't fog an EFI o/b, then it seems like you should at least squirt something in the cylinders through the plugs and turn it over a few times. ???
