Its really cheap and the go forward costs are nill (they will rent it when I don't use it). It's more like a Condo type of arrangement. I am waiting for all the paperwork today (I want everything in writting before I go up there).

Walter, I think if anyone buys a boat from you, they should get a free weekend a year. No stipulation on boat size and it should be retroactive for a year.

Those are great. I looked at a similar arrangement at Stratton, VT about 12 years ago. Ultimately, my kids lost interest in skiing and we focused our winter trips to warm climates. Now we are thinking condo in Florida once the tuition payments ease up in a few years.

Stick me in a car for 3 hrs... gets ugly.....

Stick me in traffic... well.... Im sure u can imagine...NOt pretty... One thing i wanted for the holidays .... Patience...
