All 4 deck hatches have these similar short and long cracks.

45' Sea Ray Sundancer - 1996

There are lots more photos, but these are a good representation of the issue

Perhaps a dance party took place on this deck at one time, or.................

Should I run?

Must be common around hatches, I see them all the time. But I usually see them in the one to two inch long range... Never seem them that long!

If you have not seen these on other copies of the model, yes. BTW back in 1990 I swore I'd never buy another sea ray.

I never thought I would even consider it

from what I've researched, the 450DA was among the best Sea Ray ever produced

her hull was referred to as THE ICEBREAKER

What is strange is the stress cracks continue from the deck to down the side of the boat? I never saw that before. Maybe when the boat was lifted out of the water the slings were not in the right spot?

not the side of the boat.

what you are seeing is the raised center area of the forward deck, but they do travel several inches.

I have passed on this vessel
