When you learn why the bargain price tow service was so low,

Picture from my condo. we are just now getting started on the west end dock replacement after hurricane Sally came to visit. Lots of docks have not been rebuilt due to cost and labor issue's.
 
Many years ago we lived in a house on a lake. One cold autumn day, I looked out to see some guy in a small sailboat having a very wet, very bad day... He had somehow dropped the mast and was unable to stand it back up. He kept falling overboard tying to stand the mast up, no way was it going to happen. He then tried paddling the boat by hand and got exactly nowhere. I ended up paddling out in my canoe and dragging him back to the shore...

Hmmm...good cardio...if I want a challenge I can paddle out of Portsmouth Harbor and tow in some fishing boats...
