I have found some Volvo Penta service manuals but for my 2012 V8 300 C-A engine the Volvo Penta webpage shows only printed purchased from the dealer.

Yeah, I saw that too, looks like you can download and print the PDF, but I would want an old fashion printed manual. I recently bought a new boat (Cobalt R5) that has a Volvo - my first venture away from the Mercury/Mercruiser world. The Volvo has trim problems - I knew this going into the purchase - I think a cylinder rebuild is in my future.

If you look closely you will find for some of the service or workshop manuals are only printed and need to order from a dealer. No download PDF.

Buy a Diacom to read the DTCs. It's $700 or $800. Buy it now or later. You will need it.

Less mechanics want to work on I/O. So more to owners.
