Becoming a Well Known Member

It’s more complicated than you would think. When you hit 45 ‘trophy points’ you move from ‘active member’ to ‘well known member’. How many trophy points do I have now? How do I earn more? That’s where it gets complicated. It’s all customizable, but we spent no time on this, and went with the default scoring. You get points for posting, and trophy points for getting positive reactions ( likes) to your posts.

You can view your current trophy points by clicking on your user name, and notice the ‘points’. You can also click on your profile, And then click on the ‘about’ tab, to see how you earned your points. You are getting close Bruce, with 44 points. Getting to 250 likes, or up to 1,000 posts, would each add 20 points.

The max available is 114 , and we have half a dozen users who have scored them all with 500+ likes and 1,000+ posts.

You can click on the ‘members’ and then the ‘most points’ to see where you land amongst the population of RO’s.

And I had zero idea until the question was asked.

It’s opened up the possibilities of creating a whole new set of user designations, and a whole new way of scoring. Maybe I can create an unlike button, and give points for garnering those. I would so be in the lead.
 
I've read that when you "like" a post it sends a record to the No Security agency regarding your tendencies and that will lead to pre-crime arrests in the future.
For real.
