Getting server errors trying to post

I am not doing anything out of the ordinary, just replying to a thread and I get the server errors. I was going to repro it but the append went through anyway.
Ok here is the pop up.

Oops! We ran into some problems.
A server error occurred. Please try again later.

But the create of this thread went through. Got it on the edit as well.

I think others are seeing this as it is tempting to try again when the post actually went through. Could be a false error report at times.

Yep, get the error, hit back button, open thread again and reply is there. Hummmmm!
