12 VDC Dinghy crane motor ?

We have an older style electric crane on the front deck to haul our 300 lb dinghy up. The motor rotates a drum on which we wrap rope thru pulleys.......

Where can I find a fully electric up and down winch set up ?? I would like to push a button for up and push a button for down. A self contained cable inside the housing is also desirable.

Sorry, I should have been a little clearer.
I want to keep my pipe welders davit hardware but just change out the motor to a direct drive with a cable assembly. Similar to a truck winch, just smaller.

It's a small one but still probably overkill for your intent.

I suspect that type would only have any longevity around SW if you opened it and greased or applied corrosion block to all corrodables 1st, then keep it covered with tight custom canvas when not in use.
