1989 Weekender 300 Waste Pump out

Hi All, I recently purchased this boat and I am looking to pump the waste out. I can not locate the pump out. It is the type where you lift the pedal to add water and step on it to flush. According to the owners manual there should be a pump out on the starbord side. I do not have one where they say I should, the only cap I have on the starbord side is the fuel and on the port side I have fuel & water. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a Vacu flush system. From the holding tank (the larger of the two tanks) find the sanitation hose that connects at the bottom of the tank - that should be the discharge line that goes to a deckplate for pumpout. Trace the line.
