I returned home from vacation and my alpha one 3.0 took forever to turn over. When I fimally did get her to turn over she would idle for about 20 seconds then die. She would also die almost immediatly if I attempted to give her any gas. Now I can't get her to start at all.
1. Fuel is fresh and appears clean.
2. I removed the backflame arrestor and can see that I get fuel from the fuel jets if I move the throttle back and forth.
3. Plugs are only 2 months old.
4. Oil pressure appears OK.
I am not real mechanical but dread the thought of sinking several hundred dollars into a mechanics labor if it's something fairly simple I might be able to diagnose and fix myself. Any suggestions on what I might be able to check next would be greatly appreciated.
