Yesterday I completed the boat survey and today the engine and genset survey. No major problems indicated, so, so far the purchase is on. Wanted to complete it by Saturday but can't so will pick up, if all continues well next Saturday. Have slip already and met some other boat owners including Carver.
****According to engine surveyor, clunking/banging sound is result of too high rpm's which the dealer said they planned to lower anyway. That's a relief.
****Engines/trans are still under warranty too! Plan to buy extended warranty to add to this if price is right. Fluids and filters being changed and sparks in genset.
Its going to be hard to concentrate at work this week!
