2400 water in locker

I have a 2006 2400 bowrider that has water collecting in the locker.The dealer tells me that there is a drain in the locker, my boat doesn't have one. Does anyone have the same problem, or does their boat have a drain.

In the bow? If so, it may have a small hole in the bottom next to the hull that drains into the bilge.
