Last year(2005)upon unwinterizing valves were sticking and tapping through the carb. Tried adding marvel mystery oil and running the engine up and down the RPM range for one hour to loosen them up. No luck. This boat has sat all year and now it needs to be fixed. Any tips or tricks?? Someone recommended pulling the valve covers and tapping on all of the rocker arms, could it be that easy???
