So with the steady rise in fuel costs to current levels and an aversion to 10kt, 4' draft trawlers-sailboats, I am looking for a shallow draft cruiser that would comfortably handle 4 people for 3-5 day ICW trips and still avg 3mpg at 18kts in reasonable weather.
