You do not indicate if its a private listing or brokerage.
With brokerage don't forget that someone has to pay the 10% commission.
And you always have the possibility that someone bought one right, financed it right and is selling it 'right'.
That has been my method of buying and selling boats. I sold my 320 for 500.00 more than I paid for it.
And it still went at a heck of a deal.
